Facility Manager
Gary Kairn

Gary brings over 30 years of Management and Finance experience to the Manager role at Murray Haven Homes.  He has worked in Government, Not for Profit and Private Sector roles in both management and operational roles.    Gary holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and together with the team is dedicated to making Murray Haven Homes a key member of the Barham / Koondrook community.

Care Manager (s) – Job Share
Jem Boyd / Narelle Weekley

Jem and Narelle are both Registered Nurses with vast experience in all aspects of care.  They are committed to the clinical care that is provided to all residents at Murray Haven and have entered into a job share arrangement.   This provides flexibility and the ability to cover multiple shifts, as well and be available for on-call duties.  Jem and Narelle lead a well trained and committed clinical team.

Human Resources Manager
Currently being filled by Manager – Gary Kairn

Murray Haven is currently undertaking a review of all administrative functions.  HR duties are currently being actioned by the facility manager.

Finance and Admissions Manager
Deborah Telford

Deborah has an extensive background in the finance industry with over 24 years’ experience. An extensive education history that encompasses Business Management, Banking Services, Mortgage Broking and Accounting practices has equipped Deb with the advanced skills required to perform at a senior level within the industry.  After moving to Barham in 2015, Deb chose to leave the banking sector to accept a position as Finance Manager with Murray Haven Homes.

Deb is well placed to explain all of the entry requirements if you or a family member is considering Residential or Respite Care.  An appointment can be made where Deb will take you through the process in a step by step, caring way.   If you wish to speak with Deb, call our main reception on 03 5453 2080.

Environment Manager
Jo Kinsey

Jo leads a dedicated team in the Kitchen and Cleaning areas of Murray Haven Homes.  Jo’s dedication to providing a wide range of menu options for the residents is a credit to her and the team.   The variety of meals is a highlight, and always attracts comments form visitors to Murray Haven.    The cleaning team do a fantastic job for all residents as well as ensuring that all common areas are clean and tidy at all times.
